Condizioni

1)Confirmation of the booking is made upon receipt of the amount by bank transfer, as a deposit, equal to 30% of the total stay.

2) The customer loses the deposit paid which will be fully retained by the hotel, in the event of non-presentation at the hotel not following the reservation.

3) The customer will be held in any case to fulfill the price for the entire booked stay if he decides to make an early departure, or, in case of delayed arrival compared to the reservation date.

4) In case of cancellation:

– received at least 30 days before the arrival date: the sum paid as a deposit will be subject to total reimbursement, minus any costs of the repayment transaction;
